Since Saturday, 362 new COVID-19 cases have been reported from across the country, with two deaths - one each in Kerala and Karnataka.

Other states that have reported significant case numbers include Maharashtra (209), Delhi (104), Gujarat (83), and Karnataka (47).
The total COVID-19 caseload of the country has risen to 4,50,26,261. These also include the JN.1 Covid variant cases.
According to the ministry, Karnataka reported 61 cases, followed by Maharashtra 35 and Kerala 25 cases.
The Covid caseload rose to 4,50,21,383 with the addition of the new cases of infections.
36.89 crore vaccine doses were administered so far under a nationwide vaccination drive.
The second strain of COVID-19 has been devastating wherein the relief work provided by different organisations has been commendable.
