The Governor also released the first edition of its college magazine ‘Kala Darshan’.
The Governor honored the martyr families on the occasion. He also honoured the members of the campaign team of 'Ek Eint Shaheed Ke Naam'.
The Governor added that the traditional seeds should be protected and Biodiversity Register should be made at the Panchayat level.
Secretary to Governor Vivek Bhatia, officers and employees of Raj Bhavan Secretariat were also present on the occasion.
Anagha Arlekar, Lady Governor, Dr Vithal Venkatesh Kamat, Chairman and Managing Director Orchid Shimla and other prominent people were also present on the occasion.
Arlekar congratulated Secretary to Governor Priyatu Mandal for the completion and implementation of this project in Raj Bhavan.
Deputy Commissioner-cum-Vice Chairman of Kullu Dussehra festival committee Ashutosh Garg honoured and welcomed the Governor on the occasion.
A video song composed by HP Police for creating awareness among youth on drug abuse was also showcased.
Arlekar further stated that he had read this book and it had given clear information about the history, various events, characteristics of all the districts, geography and culture.
