New Delhi, 11 July: Demanding regularisation of fourth class employees working on ad-hock basis in the three corporation schools, Delhi Nagar Nigam Sarva Karmchari Bharatiya Lok Heet Morcha, today staged a protest at Shyama Prasad Mukhrjee civic centre.
In the wake of the protest, all the gates of Civic Centre were remained closed up to four hours amid tight security. The employees including the guards, sanitation workers and some others demanded their regularisation on a priority basis. Besides this, they also sought issuance of cashless health card, payment of arrears, uniform and deduction of duty hours.
South Corporation spokesman, Mr Mukesh Yadav said: "The Corporation has accepted some demands to be fulfilled which will take time."    sns
