In an endeavour to pay heartfelt tributes to its beloved founder Dr. Rajni Kumar, Springdales School, Dhaula Kuan, on Thursday organised a special assembly, on her 103rd birth anniversary.
The annual assembly, held in fond remembrance of the school’s founder Y Kumar, reflected the institution’s guiding philosophy of “Vasudhaiv Kutumbkam” - The World is One Family.

Dr. Jyoti Bose, Director, Springdales Schools called the festival a celebration of the power of music and song as a universal symbol of emotions, feelings and the fact that songs transcend barriers of time and language.
The Annual Report was presented by Mrs. Ritu Madan, Principal along with Mrs. Sujata Maleyvar , Headmistress Junior School and Junior Prefects.
The Event marks the birthday of the Founder Manager Shri Yudhister Kumar and is also a celebration of the legacy which is being carried forward since the inception of school in 1955.
The annual event aims at providing budding scientists a platform to address environmental, economic and social challenges to build a better future. The theme of this year’s contest was “Science, Society and Environment: Building Sustainable Communities”.
Sisodia called on the teachers to play the role of facilitators in the life of students. He said only education can bring about a significant change in the country.
