In an endeavour to pay heartfelt tributes to its beloved founder Dr. Rajni Kumar, Springdales School, Dhaula Kuan, on Thursday organised a special assembly, on her 103rd birth anniversary.
The annual assembly, held in fond remembrance of the school’s founder Y Kumar, reflected the institution’s guiding philosophy of “Vasudhaiv Kutumbkam” - The World is One Family.

Himanshu Gupta, IAS, Secretary, CBSE, New Delhi presided over the ceremony as the Chief Guest.
While addressing the gathering, Jain emphasized the significance of freedom and the duties that come with it.
To honour the legacy of Nelson Mandela — who led the fight against racial discrimination and championed unity and compassion — Delhi-based Springdales School celebrated his 107th birth anniversary on Friday by spreading the message of the African philosophy ‘Ubuntu’, which means “I am because we are” or “a person is a person through other people.”
Dr Ruhee Dugg, Commissioner (Land Disposal), Delhi Development Authority (DDA) graced the function as the chief guest.
