Delhi Social Welfare Minister Raaj Kumar Anand gave the approval to construct a newly-built residential home in Mamurpur village, Narela, specifically designed for boys with special needs.
"Three people have been rescued so far, a few people feared trapped. Rescue operation underway,” stated Delhi Fire Service.

As a 100 feet long and 15 feet high wall of an under-construction warehouse collapsed about 20 labourers, who were engaged in digging work adjacent to the collapsed wall, were buried under the debris. The police and the firemen were able to rescue 13 labourers from under the debris.
The body of a 14-year-old girl was found inside a shop in the Narela area of the outer North District of Delhi on Saturday, police said.
In an order issued on Tuesday, Deepak Shinde, District Magistrate, North district, directed to seal the areas located in Narela.

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) had conducted a computerised lucky draw (lottery) for the allotment of about 18,000 flats.
