BJP MLA-elect Vijender Gupta on Thursday wrote to Lieutenant Governor (LG) VK Saxena urging him to implement Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure Mission (PM-ABHIM) and Health Information Management System (HIMS) in Delhi.
