Presiding over the meeting with the officers concerned associated with this project, Chief Minister Khattar directed the Survey of India and the Revenue Department to complete the large scale mapping project for this work at the earliest.
Khattar further added that they have also appealed to Punjab regarding stubble burning and the pollution it causes.
Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, on Tuesday, said that the Centre's decision to hike the Minimum Support Price (MSP) for Rabi crops is another move in the direction of the government's commitment to double the income of farmers.
Khattar said plans should also be made on a large-scale so that maximum reuse of treated water can be done in sectors like irrigation, thermal power plants, industrial and horticulture.
Ensuring a good law and order situation is an important part of this process. Control on crime and favourable law and order situation also gives an impetus to the development of the state, as it encourages the public to invest their capital and energies in the state, said Khattar.
