BJP national president J. P. Nadda on Friday said that party's double-engine government has taken Madhya Pradesh to new heights and highlighted its achievements.
"As per the National Crime Records Bureau, Rajasthan stands first in rape cases in the country; women are not safe anywhere besides SCs/STs are facing atrocities," added Nadda.
The reshuffle in the party setup has been undertaken as a part of preparation for the 2024 Lok Sabha polls.
The BJP chief said that events like the BJYM conference would increase youth participation in national affairs.
The core group members included state chief Adesh Gupta, state in-charge Baijayant Jay Panda, co-incharge Alka Gujar, convenor of election management committee Ashish Sood, and state general secretary (org) Siddharthan.
Chief Minister Jairam Thakur, state party chief Suresh Kashyap, Union Minister Anurag Thakur and others were present during the launch of the manifesto.
Union Ministers from Rajasthan, BJP state president Satish Poonia, Leader of the Opposition in Rajasthan Assembly Gulab Chand Kataria and others will be present for the State Core Committee meeting in Delhi.
He appealed to the workers to take party messages to each and every household and convey about the development works, policies and programmes undertaken by the Central and the state governments.
Targeting Pakistan for what he called as the country’s antics during the Congress regime, JP Nadda said that our neighboring country used to attack us. The situation , he said, has changed ever since Narendra Modi became the Prime Minister.
