BJP national president J. P. Nadda on Friday said that party's double-engine government has taken Madhya Pradesh to new heights and highlighted its achievements.
"As per the National Crime Records Bureau, Rajasthan stands first in rape cases in the country; women are not safe anywhere besides SCs/STs are facing atrocities," added Nadda.
The reshuffle in the party setup has been undertaken as a part of preparation for the 2024 Lok Sabha polls.
The BJP chief said that events like the BJYM conference would increase youth participation in national affairs.
Sources said that Nadda will discuss the future plan and strategy of the party in Bihar for next Lok Sabha polls in 2024.
The agenda for the meeting was about current political situation and party's future course of action.
Nadda was briefed about the Punjab Police action against Delhi BJP leader Tajinder Bagga. The BJP chief also asked the Delhi leaders to highlight the shortcomings of the Delhi government.
The third phase of the Uttar Pradesh assembly polls is underway while Punjab is voting in a single-phase election.
Describing the path to a successful vaccination an arduous one, Nadda said the seemingly impossible task of vaccinating the country’s 135 crore people was made possible under the stellar leadership of Prime Minister Modi.
