The CM made the statement while addressing a Krishna Janmashtami event at Chanderi in the Ashok Nagar district of the state on Monday evening.
This amount includes a special Rs 250 gift from the Chief Minister to his "beloved sisters" for Raksha Bandhan, alongside the monthly Rs 1250 provided through the 'Laadli Behna Yojana', making the total amount to Rs 1500 per beneficiary for August.

Earlier on 23 July, the CM had announced that the Laadli Behnas would be paid the Rs 250 gift on 1 August.
Dr Yadav lauded the nine-point plan in the budget, stating that it would focus on agricultural development, employment and skill training, economic development, human resource development, and social justice.
The Chief Minister described Chhindwara district as the jewel of the state and highlighted its abundant natural beauty. He praised the captivating natural landscapes of Chhindwara and Pandhurna.
Addressing a State Level Bankers’ Committee meeting at Bhopal today, the CM also directed for the formulation of an action plan to provide sustainable livelihoods for nomadic and semi-nomadic tribes through agriculture or business ventures.
The transfer was done with a single click during a large public meeting in Chhipri village of Tikamgarh district on Friday evening.
Citing the developed infrastructure of and the geographical location of Madhya Pradesh, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said there is every possibility of the state becoming an air cargo hub like Delhi.
