Bollywood actor John Abraham and former Miss World Manushi Chhillar have wrapped up the shooting for their upcoming geo-political thriller film, 'Tehran'.
Talking about her experience on the project so far, Manushi said: "'Tehran' has been an exciting learning experience for me. I love how differently I get to showcase myself as an actor."
On Monday, the duo along with filmmaker Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi performed evening Ganga aarti in Varanasi.
The current Covid-19 pandemic has aggravated menstruation-related challenges for women and girls, such as disruption of access to sanitary products and correct information on periods and more.
The campaign, titled Make A Move, is aimed at inspiring young girls across India to dream big.
"I'm already actively working on Project Shakti, which I'm keen to expand and reach out to more women in newer cities of India. We had elaborate plans for 2020 but we had to wait on these discussions because of the coronavirus pandemic. I'm eager to roll out these plans and bring as much awareness across India about menstrual hygiene. It's a cause that I feel deeply connected to," said Manushi.
Directed by Chandraprakash Dwivedi, "Prithviraj" is based on the life of King Prithviraj Chauhan. It stars Akshay as Prithviraj, while Manushi plays Sanyogita, the love of his life.
"For me, fitness is all about finding your balance. It's an extremely personal and individualistic experience because each individual has their own fitness goal. I love my cheesecake and I also like to train like a machine, so that I can enjoy it," Manushi said.
