During the meeting, the Chief Minister highlighted the state government’s commitment to enhancing the health sector through improved infrastructure and services.
“This initiative aims to recognize and honour the exceptional services rendered by the teachers in the state. Under the scheme, 24 teachers would be awarded in two categories: general areas and tribal or hard areas,” said Sukhu here on Monday.
Sukhu said this while campaigning in Ludret, Nanadpur Bhatoli, Jalarian, Guler, Ganthuter and Bhatoli Fakorian for the Congress party candidate from Dehra Assembly constituency Kamlesh Thakur for the by-poll scheduled to be held on July 10.
Sukhu has accused Sharma, a former Independent MLA who joined BJP of having prioritized his personal interest over public service.
CM gave this assurance while interacting with the beneficiaries of various schemes during the 'Sarkar Gaon Ke Dwar Programme' held in village Nakki of Pragpur in district Kangra on Friday.
Sukhu, who is also Chairman of Himachal Pradesh Child Welfare Council, came up with that appeal after a couple adopted a girl child presently residing in Child Care Home at Tutikandi, Shimla in his presence.
He instructed officials to upload all the 87 complaints received during the programme on the Chief Minister Helpline.
Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu took up the issue with Dr. Mansukh Mandavia during his meeting with the Union minister for health and family welfare in New Delhi.
