Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has directed the administration of all districts to complete the mapping of drug networks, including suppliers and consumers of ‘Chitta’ at the panchayat level by April 20, this year.
The Chief Minister said that I B Negi has served in various positions in the police department.

Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Wednesday condemned BJP leader and Union Minister Ravneet Singh Bittu for his remarks against Congress leader and Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi.
He said that a 32 MW Solar Power Project has been established at Pekhubela in Una district and 10 MW solar power project and 5 MW project were under construction in Kutlehar and Gagret assembly constituencies respectively.
He said that the recommendations of the 15th Finance Commission should also be reviewed periodically as the cost of projects escalated over time.
During the meeting, the Chief Minister highlighted the state government’s commitment to enhancing the health sector through improved infrastructure and services.
“This initiative aims to recognize and honour the exceptional services rendered by the teachers in the state. Under the scheme, 24 teachers would be awarded in two categories: general areas and tribal or hard areas,” said Sukhu here on Monday.
Sukhu said this while campaigning in Ludret, Nanadpur Bhatoli, Jalarian, Guler, Ganthuter and Bhatoli Fakorian for the Congress party candidate from Dehra Assembly constituency Kamlesh Thakur for the by-poll scheduled to be held on July 10.
