Shailendra Nath Gupta on Saturday assumed office as the Director General of Defence Estates.
She will take charge of the FICCI secretariat with immediate effect.
He assumed the charge following the superannuation of Lt Gen Rajeev Chaudhry. Prior to his appointment as the DGBR, the General Officer was holding the appointment of Commandant, College of Military Engineering, Pune.
The National Mission for Clean Ganga (NMCG) held the 45th meeting of the Executive Committee under the chairmanship of G Asok Kumar, Director General, NMCG and approved 14 projects worth Rs 1145 crores, said the Ministry of Jal Shakti on Saturday.
