Ranjit M. Tewari has released the trailer of his upcoming Akshay Kumar starrer film "Bell Bottom". The filmmaker said that making a big budget film is not an easy task but the support of actor-producer Jackky Bhagnani helped a lot.
The Akshay Kumar-starrer spy thriller "Bell Bottom" will now have a theatrical release on August 19.
"It was going back to the film set for all of us. For actors, normalcy means hearing those words, 'roll camera', 'action', 'cut', and after that long and sudden phase of staying at home, 'Bell Bottom' was our first step to normalcy, it's like a comeback for everyone.
Covid safety protocols are being observed as the cast and crew shoot an important outdoor schedule in Scotland.
All the precautionary measures have been taken and new rules of the new normal have adhered to, with government guidelines.
Now, on Monday, the makers have announced the shoot schedule and the other star casts in the film.
Helmed by Ranjit M Tewari, the story is set in the 1980s and is about one of India’s forgotten heroes.
Advani, who is the producer of the film, shared a picture of their Zoom meeting, which took place at 6 am.
The first Akshay in the photo appears to be the youngest of the lot, followed by what appears to be his father and then grandfather.
Bell Bottom's release date was also shifted from January 2021 to April 2021.
