Slamming the AAP for demanding government accommodation for its National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal in the national capital, Delhi Congress President Devender Yadav called it yet another ploy of Kejriwal to stay in his “sheesh Mahal” (glass house).
His statement came in the wake of AAP's Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh's announcement on Wednesday that Kejriwal would vacate the official residence in coming weeks.
"We are concerned about his safety as his current residence is not compatible from the security point of view," said AAP's Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh.
“Arvind Kejriwal will leave the Chief Minister’s residence within a week and return to the public's court," Singh posted on 'X'.
