BJP MLAs marshalled out of Delhi Assembly for raising DJB scam
Leader of Opposition in the Delhi Assembly Ramvir Singh Bidhuri alleged that the BJP MLAs were denied permission to discuss the DJB issue.
An FIR has been registered against 33 people including Union Minister Giriraj Singh in Danapur Police Station in a land deal case, according to the reports.
Bharatiya Janata Party MP from Nawada in Bihar, Giriraj Singh, has been reportedly booked for allegedly forcibly grabbing over 2 acres of land. The FIR has been lodged on the direction of the Patna Civil court.
Mr. Singh is Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Cabinet of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The case has been filed under various sections of Indian Penal Code and SC/ST.

Ram Narayan Prasad, a resident of Asopur village had approached the SC/ST special court saying that 33 people had conspired to grab his over 2 acres of land for sale and purchase.
