Ranveer Singh returns to underground rap, Gully Boys’ Murad revived
Ranveer Singh's Murad character from 'Gully Boy' makes a celebrated comeback, reuniting with the underground rap scene in a recent cameo appearance.
The Mumbai Police held their annual cultural night, Umang, on Sunday and it turned out to be a star-studded affair. Bollywood celebrities Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Anil Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Katrina Kaif and others graced the event, and many of them performed too.
The energetic Bollywood actor, Ranveer Singh, posed with policemen at the event and made a dashing entry. He arrived on an SUV and was later joined by actors Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar and director Rohit Shetty. He also performed to Aankh Maarey with Simmba co-star Sara Ali Khan.
The eye-grabbing moment at the event was Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s performance on Sanju songs. Alia looked gorgeous in an Anarkali while Ranbir looked dashing in his blue suit.

Amitabh Bachchan delivered a speech in honour of the police, while Shah Rukh Khan was seen in his usual charismatic avatar. He also performed with Ranveer.

The tinsel town celebrities got themselves clicked with police officers and also performed for the men and women in uniform.
