On his first visit to Delhi Police headquarters on Wednesday after assuming office, Lietenant Governor Taranjit Singh Sandhu reiterated the need for a humane, highly visible, and proactive citizen-centric policing approach that is preventive.
Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari said that the proposed legislation would target corrupt public officials, political leaders and individuals who have amassed wealth illegally.
