India registered a slight decline in COVID 19 cases with 38,948 new cases recorded in the last 24 hours, pushing the total to 3,30,27,621, according to the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on Monday.

FAIMA stands in favor of Protesting doctors

Speaking in favor of two on duty resident doctors attached to Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College (JLN Medical College), Ajmer who were brutally assaulted by a mob following the death of a patient, the Federation of All India Medical Association (FAIMA) has also urged the authorities to take necessary action against the offenders. The incident triggered the medicos who protested against the attack, and held candle march demanding immediate arrest of the culprits.

According to a circular issued by the Directorate of Education dated September 2, during visits to these academies it was observed that the training was mostly being provided to paid students and the number of government school students was small.

Damaged Roads in the Mayapuri and Mangolpuri area will be upgraded

In a board meeting of Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (DSIIDC) on Friday Industries Minister of Delhi Satyendar Jain said that roads that have faced the test of time in the Mayapuri and Mangolpuri area will be upgraded. To this, he added that 22 roads are to be upgraded in Mayapuri Phase 1 & Phase 2 area.
