Maliwal accused the party leadership of shielding wrongdoing, issuing threats against her, and allowing corruption and misconduct to grow unchecked. She also alleged instances of harassment and assault against women within the party, alongside betrayal and financial irregularities in Punjab.
"If someone cannot take a stand for his party's woman MP, how would he take a stand for the women of Delhi," she asked.
The Delhi Police had opposed Kumar’s bail plea, saying that releasing him on bail could influence the probe.
Kumar has also sought appropriate compensation for his illegal arrest.
Kejriwal alleged BJP is working on 'Operation Jhadu' to finish AAP before it becomes a challenge for it.
Sachdeva, sharpening his attack, said that it was six days since the alleged incident happened and Kejriwal was silent.

Earlier today, Kumar was arrested by the Delhi police after the MLC report of Ms Maliwal confirmed bruises over her left leg and cheeks.
