On his visit to Anantnag, the DGP chaired a high-level meeting of police, Army and CRPF officers to review the security scenario in the wake of targeted terror strikes at migrant labourers and ongoing Amaranth pilgrimage.
As per the agency, in Anantnag, five locations have been raided, in Kulgam there is one while in Shopian, there are four locations that were raided.
The officials said that Mehbooba Mufti and three former legislators have been served eviction notice by the executive magistrate to vacate the government quarters.
FIR under the UAPA and Arms Act has been registered at Handwara. One pistol with magazine, bullets and 2 grenades have been recovered.

Further investigation into the matter revealed the involvement of two more LeT terrorist associates and was subsequently arrested, police added.
