The fast-moving consumer goods firm posted a profit of Rs 358.5 crore in the fourth quarter of the last financial year in comparison to Rs 206.3 crore in the same period last year with the net profit jumping 74 per cent.
The Aditya Birla Group-owned Hindalco Industries has announced a 66% rise in consolidated net profit for the quarter ending March 2025, at Rs 5,284 crore, driven by strong performance in its domestic Indian business.
Tata Motors has officially announced a consolidated net profit of Rs 8,556 crore in the fourth quarter of the financial year 2024-25, marking a sharp 51.2% decline from Rs 17,528 crore in the same quarter last year.
The increased profitability was led by an exceptional gain of Rs 3,286 crore from the sale of a 13.5% stake in Adani Wilmar Ltd (AWL), according to the company statement.
Compared to the corresponding period last year, the company has posted a net profit of Rs 1,369 crore.
