Over 13 lakh NEET-UG aspirants have already submitted refund details as the NTA extends the deadline amid continued fallout from the cancelled medical entrance exam.

The FIR state mentions certain isolated incidents that occurred in a few states during the conduct of the NEET-UG 2024 exam held by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on May 5, 2024, at 4,750 centres across 571 cities, including 14 cities abroad.
Addressing a press conference, Singh said, “NTA conducted the NEET exam on 5th May, 2024. We conducted this exam in 571 cities at 4,750 centres. We declared the result on 4th of June. This year there were certain issues raised by the candidates like higher marks and so many toppers.”
The warning came after the announcement of the scrapping of the exam by the Uttar Pradesh government on Saturday.
