The workshop was chaired by BJP Jharkhand president and Leader of Opposition Babulal Marandi. Union Minister for Power, Housing and Urban Affairs and former Haryana chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar attended as the chief guest.
The initial service, the ‘Priority Corridor – Orange Line’, will operate along a stretch of about 7 km between Subhash Nagar and AIIMS Bhopal. It includes eight elevated stations.

Speaking to reporters at his residence today, Khattar said for more than a year since the Central government had brought three agriculture laws for the benefit of farmers, especially small and marginal one's, unfortunately, some farmers unions had been protesting on the Delhi borders.
Earlier, Khattar also broke a 30-year-old myth by visiting Madhuban of Karnal, a place not visited by a Haryana CM for the last 30 years.

Khattar informed on Kartik Purnima falling on 18 November, the number of devotees is expected to be high hence special arrangements should be made for the devotees.
