On 18 October 2021, complainant Kumarmani Bariha of Kadomeri village reported at Jharbandh Police Station that his cousin brother, Sadasiba Bariha, who had been residing at village Kusumdarha for nearly 30 years, was found dead near his house in the early morning hours.
He lived on the upper floor of the same building with his wife and children, frequently changed drivers, and claimed to be from Gorakhpur.
