The BJP-led central government has decided to provide special security cover to four BJP leaders in West Bengal before the Lok Sabha election.
With this, the party has fielded candidates for 20 of the 21 seats in the state. The party is yet to finalise the candidate for the prestigious Balasore seat
Azad said that while he had several reasons for contesting the Lok Sabha elections, safeguarding the jobs and land of the people of Jammu and Kashmir was his top priority.
