In the additional affidavit, Kejriwal has stated that Justice Sharma's children work with Solicitor General (SG) Tushar Mehta, who is representing the CBI in the matter.
The ED has approached the High Court seeking removal of certain critical remarks made against it in a February 27 order of a trial court, which had discharged all accused, including Kejriwal and Sisodia, in the corruption case linked to the now-withdrawn excise policy.
"If you think I am honest, vote for me in large numbers. I will sit on the CM's chair only after being elected," he urged people of Delhi.

The High Court on June 21, 2024, had granted interim stay on the bail while reserving its order on Directorate of Enforcement’s plea.
The Delhi High Court said it would pass the order in two to three days with regard to the ED's plea regarding stay, as it reserved the order after hearing the arguments.
The move comes a day after the Supreme Court refused to allow urgent listing of his plea seeking extension of interim bail.
Refusing to list Kejriwal’s plea for urgent hearing, the top court registry said, “Since the Chief Minister was given liberty to move to the trial court for regular bail, the plea is not maintainable.”
Kejriwal's Aam Aadmi Party said that the Delhi CM has been advised to undergo PET-CT scan and other medical tests.
