The Chief Minister said the budget reinforces the idea that development is not limited to large cities alone, but encompasses villages, farmers, women, youth and workers. Economic strength, he added, has been aligned with social security, dignity and opportunity for every citizen.
He said a startup is an idea that needs to be given a concrete shape. It is a small seed which, with the right support, can grow into a huge tree.
Referring to the recent natural calamity in Punjab, the chief minister said when the people of Punjab were in distress, Haryana extended every possible support like an elder brother, reflecting the region’s rich traditions and values.
