"Within 6-7 months, a new government will be formed in Tripura. That won’t be the “duare gunda” government, but the “duare sarkar” model.", he says.
The month-long Duare Sarkar programme would be held from 15 February to 15 March while the Paray Samadhan from 1 February to 15 March. Under the Duare Sarkar programme, camps would be held for receiving applications in two rounds from 15 to 21 February and 1 to 7 March. Following which, applications would be enquired and subsequently services would be delivered from 8 to 15 March.
Dwivedi has asked district magistrates to ensure that elected panchayat members, clubs and villagers are kept out of assisting women in filling up application forms of Lakshmi Bhandar in rural areas and asked the DMs to use Kanyashree beneficiaries, members of self-help groups and college students for the purpose.
A state-level task force and two other task forces for Kolkata and the districts were also set up. While the state-level committee will monitor the overall implementation of the “Duare Sarkar” scheme, the task forces will ensure coordination among various departments.

Mamata Banerjee was seen standing in a line with other people in the Kalighat area to get her card from a Kolkata Municipal Corporation distribution centre.
“People did not accept these publicity stunts of Miss Banerjee and ignored them. Similarly, people also understood her eyewash behind this Duare Sarkar programme. So this attempt will fail,” he said.
'Duare Sarkar’, which was launched on Tuesday, is a mega outreach programme by West Bengal government to deliver schemes at the doorstep of citizens.
Ahead of the Assembly Elections next year, the success of the 'Duare Sarkar' outreach could well be a boon for Mamata Banerjee's TMC.
