Chief Minister Kejriwal is currently in Tihar Jail under judicial custody. He was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate on March 21 in connection with the Delhi liquor policy case.
The Delhi BJP chief also demanded the Delhi government to clarify who was responsible for the incident.
He directed the Principal Secretary of Environment and Forest to submit the report within 48 hours.
Lashing out at the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) for the brouhaha over access of insulin to Chief Minister Arivind Kejriwal, Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva said the party’s hollow politics now stands exposed with the Tihar Jail administration issuing his medical report on Saturday.
Kejriwal is currently in Tihar Jail under judicial custody. He was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate on March 21 in connection with the Delhi liquor policy case.
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) is set to question K. Kavitha -- the daughter of Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao -- in connection with the Delhi Excise Policy scam on March 9.
On the other hand, he pointed out that "the PM has thrown patriots like Manish Sisodia and Satyendra Jain in jail on the one hand”.
Sisodia was given five-day CBI custody in the Excise Police case which ended on Saturday and he was brought back to the court.
Manish Sisodia in his bail petition in a trial court stated that no fruitful purpose would be served keeping him in custody as all the recoveries have already been made.
Differences have cropped up between Delhi unit of Congress and the central party over extending support to deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, arrested in connection with alleged corruption in the now-scrapped liquor policy for 2021-22.
