Chief Minister Kejriwal is currently in Tihar Jail under judicial custody. He was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate on March 21 in connection with the Delhi liquor policy case.
The Delhi BJP chief also demanded the Delhi government to clarify who was responsible for the incident.
He directed the Principal Secretary of Environment and Forest to submit the report within 48 hours.
Lashing out at the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) for the brouhaha over access of insulin to Chief Minister Arivind Kejriwal, Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva said the party’s hollow politics now stands exposed with the Tihar Jail administration issuing his medical report on Saturday.

The Aam Aadmi Party on Saturday alleged that Bharatiya Janata party is trying to topple its government through bringing a motion of no-confidence in the Delhi Assembly.
Sanjay Singh is a member of the Rajya Sabha who hogged the limelight for his bravado in and outside Parliament in raising issues of public interest. He is the national spokesperson of the Aam Aadmi Party and the state-in-charge for Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, and Rajasthan.
The party asked the Punjab Congress leadership to pressurise its government in the neighbouring state to rollback this "anti-Punjab decision" at once.
"Sanjay Raut, Tejashwi Yadav, K Kavitha, Manish Sisodia. All of them are being probed on instructions from the centre," said Chadha.
Earlier on Monday, 16 parties participated in the Opposition party leaders' meeting chaired by Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge in Parliament.
