Raising the issue on the second day of ongoing monsoon session of state assembly under point of order, Agnihotri said he had intercepted a message of a Police Official in which he had allegedly asked all PSOs deputed with MLAs to share their locations on daily basis.

The Governor acknowledged the difficulties faced by students and teachers during the pandemic and said the government started 'Har Ghar Pathshala' programme for online education and achievements were shared with their parents through e-PTM.
The Leader of Opposition Mukesh Agnihtori along with Congress members started raising slogans that the Governor's address was a mere bundle of lies as it didn't address various issues and then staged walkout from the house.
The Leader of Opposition Mukesh Agnihotri said the BJP had shortened the duration of the budget session which was against the set norms to avoid tough questions in the election year.
