If you haven’t yet made physical activity a habit and you have stepped in your 30, it is a right time to start. Women post 30, who juggle through professional work and household duties, it is very important to keep themselves healthy. Your body changes a lot when you enter in your 30s though mirror can’t tell you any difference. Fitness, along with proper nutrition, is important for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Being fit increases energy, maintains physical functionality and may prevent or minimize complications from chronic diseases.

Women are undoubtedly very efficient in comparison with men and they do have proven the same at each step but being physically frailer than men and have puny immune system, they should take their health more seriously. In the course of duly completing her responsibilities, a woman skips her food. This may not make a huge difference when she is in her 20s but can easily haunt in her 30s. Thanks to the penetration of internet and education, women have now started their health seriously.

Now, the question arises that why it is so important for a woman to do physical activities when she enters her 30s. When you grow older, your body becomes weaker and it can easily be haunted by diseases. To name a few:

To start something new, everyone needs encouragement and motivation. It’s on us to realize that what motivate us to move. Being in her 30s for a woman is the beginning of her adulthood. When you are in your 30s, you are well- settled in your job, most probably in a relationship and for some it’s a must time to plan a family. To keep everything in shape with a healthy living and to avoid rough 40s, a woman post 30 must exercise.

The age bracket of 30-40 comes with loads of diseases and low metabolism. Your body stops working the way it used to when you were in your 20s. This is when a woman needs to hit a gym and start exercising. Strength training exercises are the best thing a woman can do for her cardiovascular health. They also help reduce your risk of Alzheimer’s and some forms of cancer. It also helps women in their 30s in strength training. Women start losing muscle mass if they are not active in their 30s.
