Outspoken Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Subramanian Swamy on Tuesday suggested that the party should ask all its ministers to wear Indian attires and refrain from consuming alcohol.
In a series of tweets, the firebrand leader said: “Article 49 of Const (Constitution) directs alcohol drinks be banned. While I am not for penal action, BJP should make as part of party discipline.”
