After Dangal and Secret Superstar starring Aamir Khan received an overwhelming response in China, Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan too has grabbed everyone’s attention in the neighbouring country.
As per reports, the Bollywood blockbuster film directed by Kabir Khan grossed $ 2.24 million on its opening day.
Salman’s film has become the biggest Bollywood release in China with 8,000 screens. Dangal got 6,000 screens whereas Secret Superstar was released on 5,000 screens.

Taran Adarsh, film critic and trade analyst, on Saturday shared on his Twitter handle, the collection of the film in China. “Salman Khan’s first release in China – #BajrangiBhaijaan – commences its innings with HEALTHY numbers… Debuts at No 7 at China BO… Fri $ 2.24 million [₹ 14.61 cr]… The start can be considered IMPRESSIVE since there were 5 new films, besides #BB, debuting in Top 10 charts…”

Apart from Salman Khan, Bajrangi Bhaijaan also featured Harshaali Malhotra, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the main roles.
The film was directed by Kabir Khan and it narrates the journey of a man who decides to reunite a lost speech-impaired Pakistani girl child with her parents.
