Pooja Hedge is one of the upcoming Indian model and actress. She has actually been crowned with the title of being the second runner-up at the Miss Universe India 2010 competition.

Pooja is one of the few actresses who have worked in multiple film industries, including Bollywood, Telugu, and Tamil. She is a fitness freak but this latest video of her workout regimen will blow your mind away.

Her workout regime includes treadmill walk, cardio exercises and some sort of weightlifting. She even does yoga for one hour on daily basis. Also, Pilates, calisthenics, and kickboxing with circuit and interval are a part of her workout.

Her workout videos on her Instagram are to be talked about. In a recent video, she is seen hanging by a rope and working out in free-hand style at a fitness studio in Mumbai, giving us some major fitness goals.

On the work front, Pooja Hegde is currently busy with her Telugu film titled Saakshyam alongside Bellamkonda Sreenivas, which is being directed by Sriwaas.
