Communications and Electronics & IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw on Tuesday launched the Sanchar Saathi portal (www.sancharsaathi.gov.in) with the aim to help millions of people track their lost or stolen mobile phones.
IT and Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw on Tuesday posted an image on social media with Alphabet and Google CEO Sundar Pichai at the tech giant's headquarters in the US, saying they had a good discussion on India Stack and the 'Make in India' programme.
The government has given a target of 80 per cent coverage of 5G telecom services in the country in the short timeframe, Union Minister for Communications, Electronics & Information Technology Ashwini Vaishnaw said.
"Today, 9 structural reforms and 5 process reforms in the telecom sector have been approved. These reforms will change the framework of the entire telecom sector."
V Muraleedharan, minister of state for Parliamentary Affairs, moved the motion on this
TMC MP Santanu Sen alleged that Union civil aviation minister Hardeep Singh Puri verbally abused him and even went on to assault him.
"These guidelines are empowering and protecting users and will ensure a safer and responsible social media ecosystem in India,"
