The move is aimed at equipping the assembly members for paperless handling of legislative work using the National e-Vidhan Application (NeVA) system, introduced in the state assembly earlier this year.
The Lieutenant Governor reviewed the training programme on various specialized modules and other activities conducted during the training courses.
The initiative signifies a decisive shift towards self-reliant innovation and next-generation combat readiness in the evolving landscape of modern warfare.
The training featured an online assessment combined with a doubt-clearing forum focused on the nomination process, ensuring officials are fully prepared.
Rekha Gupta was speaking at the launch of a special two-day training programme for Tehsildars and Sub-Registrars, organised by the Revenue Department, a first of its kind initiative taken on the CM’s suggestion.
The activities will focus on disposing of obsolete IT equipment and generating wealth from waste, according to a Ministry of Defence statement.
Chief Minister Rekha Gupta said the training is an opportunity to imbibe modern thinking, transparency, and administrative values that are connected to the real needs of the people.
The reforms were finalized during the Annual Training Conference 2025, held at the National Industrial Security Academy (NISA), Hyderabad, chaired by CISF Director General Rajwinder Singh Bhatti.
The programme was inaugurated by senior Ayurveda practitioner Vaidya Devendra Triguna, who spoke on the need to adapt traditional practices for contemporary health challenges.
