A state government official said under the scheme, scholarships will be provided to meritorious students studying in class 6th, 7th and 8th of government schools.
"Everyone wants an outlet to show their talent, it's an innate need. That is why we have so many talent shows on TV. It can be anything, even wrapping a giftbox beautifully.
"It's the wave of the future. While it would be nice to see something on the big screen, I'm not going to fight technology. I'm more concerned about making what I want to make, and being true to my product than I am about where it is going to be shown."
