Recalling that the MLAs had decided to resign en masse, the letter written by LoO Kataria to the Speaker said he should take a decision on legitimate membership of the legislator (s) in the House and accept their resignations en masse.
"It was not expected from him to write a letter when Soniaji was in Delhi's hospital. Soniaji has saved and run the party for the last 20 years. The style Azad sab put in his papers is inhumane... against human feelings...and highly insensitive."
In a hard-hitting five-page letter to Congress President Sonia Gandhi, he squarely blamed her son and senior leader Rahul Gandhi for the party's terminal decline, saying all important decisions were being taken by Rahul or his security guards and PAs while she was just a nominal figurehead.
The young leader said the Congress' decision-making is influenced by the "self-serving interests" of individuals indulging in sycophancy.
According to sources, the RJD is likely to extend support to Nitish Kumar and there will be no differences on allotment of portfolios.
