Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) President Raj Thackeray challenged Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis to arrest anybody under the recently enacted Public Safety Act, while speaking at the 78th anniversary event of the Shetkari Kamgar Party here on Saturday.
