Addressing leaders and workers from various districts at the Samajwadi Party's state headquarters here on Wednesday, Akhilesh Yadav said that the Samajwadi Party is steadfast in following the principles of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia and Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar.
He questioned whether the plane was in good condition and visibility was clear, so how did the accident happen? This is a matter for investigation.
He announced that if the Samajwadi Party forms the government in UP, women will receive Rs 40,000 annually.
Addressing a press conference here on Wednesday, Akhilesh Yadav said, "Such statements are issued just to create terror in the society and to cover up the illegal activities of the government and corruption."
Mr Shahi ,while talking to The Statesman' said, "The so-called PDA that Akhilesh is talking about, it is he who has destroyed it. Why did he not remember the PDA when he was the Chief Minister? What did he do for the PDA while he was the Chief Minister?"
Akhilesh Yadav said Samajwadi Party MP Ramjilal Suman was attacked while going to the Sunheri village in Bulandshahr to raise his voice against those who crushed Dalits under the wheels.
The Samajwadi Party will hold sector-wise month long PDA discussion program in every assembly constituency of Uttar Pradesh to save the Constitution and spread the ideas of Baba Saheb Dr B R Ambedkar to the people.
“Earlier, engines were colliding; now, even the coaches of the so-called ‘double-engine government’ are clashing. After the Maharashtra elections, their own people will undermine the foundations of those who raised hollow slogans,” he remarked.
Samajwadi Party National General Secretary Shivpal Singh Yadav, responding to the BJP's slogan 'Batoge to Katoge,' on Sunday asserted that the PDA will neither divide nor weaken. He remarked that anyone promoting such rhetoric would face consequences later.
The SP president also claimed that the BJP is scared of PDA.
