Mr Dewda said the interim budget was focussed on providing adequate funds to ensure the continuation of all ongoing welfare schemes, including the Laadli Behna Yojana.
The Governor did not complete his address and left the Assembly amidst the relentless din. Speaker Narendra Singh Tomar said the unread part of the Governor’s address would be deemed as read.
