"It is not right to share the talks that took place with the BJP on a public platform but it is certain that Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) will contest the Lok Sabha election from Hajipur," Chirag Paswan said.
The decision was taken at a high-level meeting headed by national president Chirag Paswan in New Delhi on Wednesday evening.
It asked both the groups to furnish the name of their party and the symbols which they wish to be allotted for the bye-elections by October 4.
