These terrorists seem to be highly trained in jungle warfare and have been escaping after brief gunfights with the security forces.
Multiple wings of J&K Police, including the CIK, State Investigation Agency (SIA), and others, have been investigating the white-collar terror case in which some local doctors were found to be involved.
The explosives were seized from the same module, which is believed to be behind the recent blast near Delhi’s Red Fort.
