The South Korean government is open to talks with doctors if they come up with a unified and reasonable solution to resolve an impasse over a reform to hike the number of medical students, a senior official said on Tuesday.
He said that action has been taken as per rules against those firms whose samples have failed and some have also been blacklisted.
The Minister stressed that people should not panic and take requisite precautions to ward off the infection.
