Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convenor Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann are scheduled to address a Kisan Mahapanchayat in Gujarat's Surendranagar district on October 31, the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.
