According to police, information was received about a fire in a blue coloured CNG bus operating on the central secretariat to Seemapuri route.
While the local police were patrolling in the main market at around 11 pm, they came to know that two persons fired on the sweet shop, stated cops.
Fortunately, no causalities were reported in the incident, added officials.

A major fire broke out at a hotel in Centre Delhi's Paharganj on Thursday morning from where ten people were rescued by the firefighters.
The company said in a statement that "a detailed investigation is currently being conducted to ascertain the facts of this isolated incident".
According to the fire official, they received a call about the incident at around 4 am at a shoe market near Bikaner Sweets.
